Cookie Notice

This page explains what cookies Pacezone uses, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies help the site remember your preferences and provide a smoother experience on your next visit.

2. Categories we use

Pacezone groups cookies into three categories. When you arrive on the site, a banner asks you to accept, reject, or customise these categories.

Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site to work properly. They remember whether you have accepted the cookie banner, keep your form choices during a session, and protect against simple security issues. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the blog: which articles are read, how long visitors stay on each page, and from which region they arrive. The data is aggregated and anonymous. Analytics cookies are off by default.

Marketing cookies

These cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of any promotional campaigns we run, for example, partnerships with wellness brands aligned with our values. Marketing cookies are off by default.

3. How to manage your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

4. Cookie lifetime

Most cookies on Pacezone expire within a few months. The consent record itself is kept for 180 days, after which the banner will appear again so you can confirm or change your preferences.

5. Third-party cookies

If you load an embedded video or another third-party element on the site, that provider may set its own cookies. These are governed by the third party’s own cookie policy, not by ours.

6. Do Not Track

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we honour it by disabling analytics and marketing cookies automatically for that session. You can still explicitly opt in via the cookie banner if you wish.

7. Updates

This notice may change as we add or remove features. The “last updated” line at the bottom of the page reflects the most recent change.

8. Questions

If you have any questions about cookies on Pacezone, please write to hello@pacezone.org. We are happy to walk you through what each category does in plain language.
